Filings · Insiders · Transitions

What the executives of your companies just did, straight from the filings.

Pick up to five tickers. Three mornings a week you get a short email: who bought or sold stock, who joined or left the C-suite, what the proxy says about pay. Every line is assembled from an SEC filing and links to it. No opinions, no ratings, no buy or sell calls.

What you get

Insider trades, with context

Every Form 4: who, what, how many shares, at what price, and what share of their holdings that was. Vesting bookkeeping is folded into one line; 10b5-1 plans are called out.

Executive changes, verbatim

When a CEO, CFO or director joins or leaves (8-K Item 5.02), you get the company’s own words from the filing, not a paraphrase, flagged at the top of the issue.

Proxy season, on time

The day the proxy statement (DEF 14A) lands you know it: executive pay, board nominees and shareholder votes, with the link.

Your cadence

Monday, Wednesday and Friday by default. Daily or weekly if you prefer. Quiet stretch? The issue says “No changes.” and stays short.

Questions

Is this investment advice?

No. BoardFIT summarizes public filings for informational purposes only. We make no recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything, and we do not know your situation. Verify against the linked source before relying on anything.

Where does the data come from?

Directly from SEC EDGAR: Forms 3, 4 and 5 (insider transactions), 8-K Item 5.02 (officer and director changes) and DEF 14A (proxy statements). We do not use news, social media or rumors.

What does it cost?

Nothing during the beta. Before anything becomes paid we will ask you first; nothing changes without your say-so.

What if you get something wrong?

Reply to any issue. Corrections run in the next issue under a “Correction” heading, with the date of the original error.

Can I get it in another language?

English is the default. Korean is available now; sentences use per-language templates and quoted filing text is machine-translated with the original always shown underneath.
